our non-acid foaming coil cleaner, Fin Clean. Designed to work

Cleaning of a/c pan - The pan is thoroughly cleaned, removing any
build-up and debris.
Disinfecting of entire unit and housing area (Coils, pan, blower...etc.)
Disinfect the entire unit with Sani 101, an EPA registered disinfectant.
Insertion of Pan Purge Strip A quaternary based,
non-chlorinated strip
